External Use Only: Salves are meant for external use. Avoid ingestion or contact with eyes, nose, and mouth.

Allergies: Be aware of potential allergies to ingredients like beeswax, mango butter, or herbal infusions. Discontinue use if any allergic reactions occur.

Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any underlying health conditions.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the ingredients from degrading.

Children: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a pediatrician before use on infants or young children.

Open Wounds: Avoid applying to open or broken skin unless the product is specifically formulated for wound healing.

Processing Time: Because I make each product fresh in small batches, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Method and Rates:  Shipping is available within the contiguous US. All orders are shipped using Shippo to get the best prices available at the time. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a notification with a tracking number. 

Estimated Shipping Times:  Please allow at least 7 days for delivery. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential delays. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:  While I strive to ensure every package arrives safely, I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance. Feel free to reach out to me if additional support is needed.

Returns and Refunds: Due to the handcrafted nature of my products and my inability to monitor their handling once shipped, I am unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss a resolution.
